HOW DO YOU GET HERE?
Simply follow the directions on the map or use the address Scorrier, Redruth TR16 5AW for Sat Nav. SAT NAV often gets it wrong to Scorrier house, so once you get close, simply look for festival signs and head for the main entrance across from the Texaco garage.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
Tickets and booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, so please ensure you buy the correct tickets for you, and your party as these cannot be amended or refunded.

​WHAT TICKETS DO I NEED IF I WANT TO STAY OVERNIGHT?
To stay on site overnight, camping tickets must be purchased for each person staying. Camping tickets are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. We ask all campers to vacate the campgrounds by midday Monday 25th August 2025.
CAN I BRING MY MOTORHOME OR CAMPERVAN OR CARAVAN?
Yes, you can bring your motorhome or campervan. Please make sure you purchase a camping ticket for each occupant, and the relevant motorhome / campervan ticket that matches the size of your vehicle, which must have been purchased on this website. Tents are not permitted in the campervan / motorhome fields for safety. Awnings are welcome, with the purchase of the correct ticket.
Camping vehicles, please bring plenty of your own water. The water is supplied in the main camping areas.

CAN I SLEEP IN MY CAR?
You can sleep in your car, but you must have camping tickets for each person staying in the car, and also purchase a campervan pitch ticket.

WHAT TIME DOES THE FESTIVAL OPEN?
Campervans, motorhomes and tent campers can arrive from 2pm on Friday 22nd August to park and pitch tents. The festival site opens at 4pm on Friday, with a Rock vs Indie Silent Disco Opening Party starting later and runs through to midnight with the site closing at 00:30 am.
Saturday the arena opens at 11am and closes at 1.30am
Sunday the arena opens at 11am and closes at 1.30am

WHAT'S THE VIP UPGRADE TICKET?
This ticket allows access to our VIP area throughout the duration of the event, in here you will find a bar, and flushing toilets in the heart of the action

​CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Dogs, pets, or any other animals are not permitted into the campsites, vehicle camping fields, main event arena or the car parks. If any animal is found the appropriate authorities will be informed.

WHAT IS THE SECURITY SITUATION?
There will be a vigilant security team operating within the festival, searching bags, checking vehicles and monitoring the site with CCTV. There is zero tolerance for antisocial behaviour and the use of any illegal substances. No glass is allowed on site. A robust fencing and security entrance system will be in operation.

TICKETS AND WRISTBAND COLLECTION, WHAT'S THE SCORE?
When you buy your ticket online, an E-ticket will be emailed to the email address you provided.
Simply print this out or you can show it on your phone and bring your E-ticket to the entrance of the festival with ID, where it will be exchanged for wristband(s) anytime from 2pm Friday 22nd August. Wristband collection will be available for the entire duration of the event. All tickets are non-refundable, under any circumstances.

​CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS
Children & Young Adults are very welcome at Live at Scorrier House Festival but remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times. All attendees under the age of 18 (whether Infant, Child or Young Adult tickets) MUST be accompanied ON ENTRY by a paying adult over 21 years of age, and this adult’s contact details will be written on the Child/Under 18’s wristband. No accompanying 21+ adult? No entry. Children under the age of 18, must be with a responsible adult aged 21+ at all times.
We will admit a maximum of two under 18s per adult admitted. It is your responsibility to ascertain the suitability of the event for any children in your party, considering such factors as curfew times, appropriateness of music, size of event etc.

DO YOU OFFER CARERS TICKETS?
We do indeed, just purchase all the other tickets you require, then head on over to our accessibility page to find out how to apply.

Please note: We accommodate customers with disabilities / accessibility needs wherever possible. As much as we’d like to, we can’t control the weather, so bear in mind that should it rain, the festival may be muddy and there isn’t solid pathways.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD, DRINK AND ALCOHOL?
No food or drink is to brought into the main festival arena at all. We have a selection of food and drinks within the festival site to choose from. Bringing alcohol into the festival area is strictly prohibited.
Our security team will be checking for any alcohol and will confiscate it. You are more than welcome to bring food and drinks into the camping areas for your own personal consumption - glass is strictly prohibited so please decant anything in glass containers into suitable containers. Any glass will be confiscated and disposed of.

DO I NEED CASH OR CARD?
Vendors and bars will accept a mix of card and cash, so please bring both.

HOW DOES CAMPING WORK?
Camping tickets are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. We ask all campers to vacate the campgrounds before midday Monday 25th August 2025. Please take all belongings / tents with you, as anything left behind will be disposed of accordingly.
Campervan / motorhome awnings are accepted but must fit within the allocated pitch size of 8x4m. Tents are NOT permitted in the motorhome / campervan or car park areas for safety. The festival is a very short walk from the parking and camping area.

Tents are restricted to the camping area only and are not allowed next to vehicles in the car park or campervan/ motorhome area. The camping field is directly next to the car park so it is not far to walk with your tent/belongings.
​
To stay on site overnight camping tickets must be purchased for each person staying. Toilets, and fresh water are all available within the campsite.
Any vehicle being slept in overnight will also need a valid campervan or motorhome pitch (depending on the size of vehicle), which can be purchased online. All occupants of the vehicle must also have weekend camping tickets.

IS THERE SHOWERS?
Yes, showers are open for limited times within the main tent campsite, please see signage for opening times. PLease note, the showers are £4 per person per use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket, as purchase constitutes acceptance of them, both by you and any other party you buy tickets for.

Tickets are non-refundable, even in the unlikely event of the festival being cancelled (in its entirety) by the Promoter.** Cancellation by a billed artist will not entitle you to a refund, regardless of their position on the bill. If the event is postponed and moved to another date, your tickets will be valid for the new date and refunds will not be given, if you cannot make the new festival date, your tickets will be rolled over to the next suitable event, again refunds will not be given.

FESTIVAL ENTRY
Only customers holding a valid e-Ticket will be admitted to the Event.
Tickets are uniquely named, bar-coded and allow one person entry. It is your responsibility to arrive at the festival site with a valid, printed e-ticket, and you MUST present additional ID to confirm it is your ticket. Valid ID = Bank card/Drivers' License/Utility Bill. We will do everything in our power to ensure that only the named ticket holder in each instance gains access to the site, but cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets or ID’s.

On arrival at the Festival site, your unique ticket barcode will be scanned, and you will be given a festival wristband, which must be worn at all times through the duration of the event. You will be asked to show this to gain admission to the Main Arena, and other site areas.
Anyone who is unable to present a valid wristband on request from any of the Live at Scorrier House team or Security staff will be asked to leave site, so please keep your wristband on at all times.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the unlikely event that Live at Scorrier House is postponed due to force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract), tickets will be automatically be moved across to the postponed dates, there is nothing you will have to do, the team will take care of this for you. Tickets and booking fees are not refundable in this instance.
